Trayectorias SL was set up 18 years ago in response to the need for professional property administration and management in Malaga province, both on a large scale for existing urbanisations and new developments, and on an individual basis for private villa and apartment owners. Since then we have also responded to the demand for building project management, and we now have a team of expert professionals including architects, civil engineers, local builders, craftsmen, and multi-lingual co-ordinators.

On building projects we offer our clients a comprehensive project and design management service, from the projects inception to its completion. This can even include acquisition of an appropriate site, financial advisory services, technical and feasibility studies, and architectural design. We co-ordinate all phases of the building process by establishing objectives, and controlling delivery in terms of quality, budget and schedule .
