Many of our clients have their own clear ideas on the design of their villa, and may even have their own architect and existing project design. We are happy to work on an existing project and can assist in obtaining local licences as required.

With all the projects we undertake we make every effort to meet the needs of our clients design requirements whilst maximising the sustainability of the building. We recognise the requirements of the future for lower carbon emissions and efficient use of resources. The construction and operation of buildings consumes over a third of the world’s energy consumption. Striving to make buildings more sustainable while saving operating costs is not only practical but also desirable. Achieving this goal requires an awareness of the problem and the skills to design, specify, construct and equip buildings in a manner that is often quite different from current standard approaches.
