Welcome to Trayectorias SL - Villa Project Management company.

Dedicated to the management of villa building projects in the Marbella to Sotogrande region of Southern Spain, and to villa rentals and property management in the same area.  The company has been established in Spain for the past twenty years. 

We provide close co-ordination between client, architect and builder in the construction of villas in Spain.  We also handle complete reforms of villas and apartments, providing new interior designs with additional rooms, new kitchens, bathrooms and décor.  

 Working closely with the client, we strive to achieve economical solutions to design and site requirements. We co-ordinate working procedures and practices on site during the construction, and report to the client accordingly. 

We control delivery of the project in terms of quality, budget and schedule.  We provide advice on the best design decisions and choices to reduce the operating costs of the future.

As requested by our clients, we also undertake the additional services of long-term property management and the rental of villas with pools
